BUS MINISTRY

In February 2008, the Lord allowed Calvary Baptist Church to purchase a full size, 65 passenger, school bus.  After a thorough mechanical evaluation and some minor repairs and maintenance the bus is in great shape!  It just received a new paint job and lettering and the plan is to have it on the road and serving the Lord in mid August!  Scott Wallace recently earned his CDL permit and he is currently preparing to take the CDL driving exam within the next few weeks.  Barb Thomas will be serving as the Bus Captain and will be assisting Scott as he visits children on Saturday morning bus calling.  Please be in prayer about this new bus ministry as is will be picking up children as well as adults on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
